We have incurred expenses related to Fall 2020 enrollment (housing deposit - computer purchase) and even paid tuition before student decided to defer enrollment until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I know that we'll receive the tuition payment back, however, knowing that the student will enroll in 2021, should I wait to pull out 529 money to pay for these expenses due to her not being enrolled in 2020?
