Is this a qualified withdrawal

Pretty sure I know the answer, but my daughter is attend graduate school overseas. I cannot find the specific school listed on the Dept of Education school code list from their website but I do find other schools from the same country. Even though it will be used for expenses such as tuition and living, if there is no school code then it is unqualified correct?

If no Department of Education school code, probably not qualified expenses. But, you can double check and ask the school if they are eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the U.S. Department of Education.
