Hi All! So before I call around to see if this still exists, does anyone know if any of the state plans restrict withdrawals to be spent ONLY on the accredited educational institutions in the state of the plan? Like the College America VA plan could only be spent at VA schools without penalty (this isn't true, just an example). I think this used to exist but maybe no state does this anymore and instead are allowing the monies to be spent at any nationally recognized accredited educational institution. Any insight would be helpful!
