My former employer used Concur for expense tracking, which included imaging software and was super-easy, but I don't think it'd be much use for a single user to track personal expenses. I've read some good things about Shoeboxed. There are lots of expense trackers out there, I'm sure you can find something that will work for you with a little Googling; I'd start with the big names like Quicken and Mint.com and see what works for you.
