We are trying to decide if a PA GSP is a good option for us. Our daughter is entering her 2nd year of college. We calculated 27 credits along with her merritt scholarship will cover tuition for last 2 years(would still need to cover room and board). We would be saving $33/credit compared to this years rates. Are there any drawbacks to opening a GSP plan this late?
