I bought some Texas prepaid tuition (the Promise fund, not tomorrow fund). but my son will be attending out of state private school.
can anyone share your experience on how redemption works? Based on the FAQ, it says you will get lesser of Texas tuition amount or investment return. Every year, I receive a value amount. Will we get that amount for redeeming for out of state tuition? also do you get lump sum? Or you get every semester?
